Service Levels: Over the years, Customized Delivery Service has developed six services that we specialize in:

HAND TO HAND

From your hand to their hand, non stop

DIRECT SERVICE

Deliveries to be done within 120 minutes or less

RUSH SERVICE

Deliveries to be done within 3 hours or less

BASIC SERVICE

Deliveries to be done within 4 hours or less

SAME DAY SERVICE

Deliveries that are called in by 11:00 AM to be delivered by 5:00 PM

OVERNIGHT SERVICE

Deliveries that are called in by 3:00 PM are delivered by 5:00 PM the next day.

OUT OF TOWN SERVICE

We service anywhere in Ontario. For outside Ontario we will arrange for your shipment to be carried through another way. Prices will be quoted over the phone when you call.
